Jasmine & Nicholas / Kyoto
I had the pleasure of capturing images for Jasmine and Nicholas in early summer in Kyoto last month. They were very lucky winners for a giveaway photo session by Kelly's Bridal in Singapore, and I'm extremely honored to partner with Kelly for this photo session.
We were incredibly blessed with fine weather despite it being so rainy, days before the photo shoot. Kyoto was as usual, such a beautiful location. The hydrangeas were also in full bloom adding such a beautiful seasonal element to the images. From the quiet trickling of raindrops in the Japanese bamboo forests; the beautiful green mountains in Arashiyama as backdrop; up to a mountain in Nara with deers; and a romantic night session in the traditional streets of Ninenzaka, it was truly, truly a wonderful session.
During the session, Jasmine and Nicholas shared with me their surprise proposal video and I was truly moved by the chemistry and love between both of them. They were so incredibly sweet and adorable to each other.Truly honored to be able to document their engagement.
